Nitobond EP is based on solvent free epoxy resins containingpigments and fi ne fi llers. It is supplied as a two part materialin preweighed quantities for ready onsite mixing and use. Colouredcomponents - white base and green hardener - providevisual evidence that adequate mixing is achieved.

Uses For bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces. For use on horizontal surfaces and on vertical surfaces where mortar or concrete can be supported by formwork. Ideal for extensions and repairs to structural concrete in buildings, loading bays, bridges, roads, bonded or granolithic fl oor toppings etc.

Advantages Nitobond EP can be applied by brush.  More overlay time : Enables to place the concrete upto 6 hrs after applying Nitobond EP, without risk of delamination  High bond strength : Bond strength is more than the tensile strength of good quality concrete  Barrier coat : Acts as a ‘barrier coat’ to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete.

Uses Bonding old and new cementitious substrates.

Application Instructions Preparation All surfaces to be treated must be sound, dust-free and clean. All laitence should be removed by wire-brushing or any other suitable means. Surfaces contaminated with oil or grease, shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove such contaminants.
Mixing The entire contents of the hardener Can should be poured into the resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixed until a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application at temperatures below 100 C the separate components should be warmed in hot water to a maximum of 250 C before mixing. Coating Mixed Nitobond EP Std should be brush applied to the prepared substrate. The new concrete should be placed within 3 hours at 350 C to the Nitobond EP Std coated substrate, when it is still in a tacky state. Cleaning Tools and equipment shall be cleaned thoroughly after use with Nitoflor Sol. 

Sikadur®-31(IN) is a solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structuraladhesive and repair mortar, based on epoxy resins and special fillers, designed foruse at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C.

Sikadur®-32 LP is a solvent-free, two component bonding agent, based on selectedepoxy resins. Complies with ASTM C 881-78 type II, Grade 2 Class B+C

Sikadur®-32 is a solvent-free, two component bonding agent, based on selected epoxy resins.
